Standard shipping mode is By Road, unless otherwise specified.
You understand that shipping is chargeable and will be included in the invoice
If ordered product is available in stock, same shall be packed and dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order placement.
If the ordered product is out of stock, then Saptham will get it produced and dispatch it at earliest. Saptham will keep you informed of the delay under such circumstance.
Tracking details will be communicated to you on dispatch of product. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected delays from our courier partners and/or transporters
