Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy:

Saptham reserves the right to accept or reject an order. Order acceptance is subject to dispatch of the product

Once the order is placed, order confirmation will be communicated on registered email address and/or phone number along with unique order identification number. You understand that you will have to use the assigned order identification number in all communications with us with respect to order placed.

 

Cancellation

You can cancel the order by contacting our customer support at provided email address and/or phone number. You will receive a full refund if order cancellation is carried out on the same day of order placement. Else the order will be considered confirmed.

 

Refund

As our products are perishable, all sales are considered final.

You are eligible for refund:

If order has been cancelled within the cut-off time;

If the ordered product is out of stock and Saptham is unable to produce and/or supply the same due to unforeseen circumstances;

If you received a broken or damaged bottle or the wrong product. In case of such an event, contact our customer support at provided email address and/or phone number within twenty four (24) hours of receipt of the product. You will be responsible for returning unused product to Saptham.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products. You will be responsible for returning 90% unused product to Saptham within three (3) days of product receipt. For quality related returns, refund is subject to approval by Saptham. The product will be inspected and if the reason for return is proved to be genuine, refund will be initiated. Status of refund will be communicated to you by email and/or message.

If approved for refund, the amount will be credited to the card or the account used during order placement or original method of payment.

You are not eligible for refund

if shipment was returned due to incorrect address;

if arrangements have not been made for taking delivery of the product;

if you refuse to accept the product at time of delivery for reasons other than damage;

if damage to product is reported after 24 hours of receipt of product;

If quality issue is reported after 3 days of receipt of product.

Saptham reserves the right to approve or refuse the refund.

 

Shipping

You agree that you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund, as applicable.
